CAFOD’S LIVESIMPLY AWARD

In order for our parish to participate in Pope Francis’ invite to “work with generosity and tenderness in protecting this world which God has entrusted to us”, the parish is going to apply for the LiveSimply award. This will not be onerous, it will be about sharing and following guidelines on sustainable living and caring for the vulnerable.

In future weeks notices will be posted about activities and events. Please pray for this vital project.

FUNDRAISING CONCERT FOR UKRAINE

Friday 9th August, 7pm at Holy Trinity church, Fareham

Holy Trinity is once again hosting a fundraising concert for Ukraine, with the amazing Kyiv Classic Accordion Duo on Friday, 9th August at 7pm.

Free entry with a retiring collection. Do come and join us and help us fill the church! Christians Together in Fareham

CONVERSATION GROUP

Every other Thursday, 2pm-3.30pm, Sacred Heart Church Hall

Do you have APHASIA or communication difficulties after a stroke? Come and join our friendly Conversation Group in Fareham to share a chat and have a relaxing afternoon.

This meeting, which usually starts at 10am, will commence after the Assumption Mass on Thursday 15th August.
