We can’t recommend the recent Verbum Dei Retreat for highly enough. The centre on the Isle of Wight is a peaceful oasis and the community offered wonderful hospitality. We had comfortable accommodation, super food and brilliant input from knowledgeable and inspiring married speakers. The chapel is simple and prayerful, but rang out with beautiful singing and music during Mass. We came home refreshed with new ideas of God’s plan for married couples and new learning on how better to communicate with each other and God.
